Pricing only applicable to homes within Junction City, KS.

Homes outside of this area will incur additional charges for travel.

Aerial/Drone images are not available at this time.

 

Home must be 100% ready (clean, pet-free, & safe) at the time of the scheduled shoot.

At this time, it is required that the realtor is present in the home during entire shoot.

Photo/Video shoots & Staging Walk-Throughs must not exceed 2 hours.

 

​An invoice will be provided before each shoot.

A $25 non-refundable deposit must be paid via PayPal no later than 1 hour before the time of the scheduled shoot.

The remainder of the cost must be paid via PayPal or check before delivery of photos/videos.

Payments should not be made until a contract has been signed by both parties.
